Donald Montijo, a water and fuel maintenance systems craftsman with the 147th Civil Engineering Squadron, shares his experience with the ongoing Air National Guard Innovative Readiness Training project June 7, 2018, at Helemano Plantation, Wahiawa, Hawaii. Innovative Readiness Training gives military units and its members the ability to provide hands-on, real-world training to improve readiness and survivability in contingency environments while strengthening and building new partnerships to promote strong civil-military relations.
