Gen Thomas Suelzer, Texas Adjutant General during a Change of Command Ceremony at Ellington Fiield JRB, Houston, TX, Febraury 4, 2023. The passing of the guidon is a symbolizes the transfer of authority of one commander to the another, so that all can witness the change of command.
