Personnel aboard a CH-47 Chinook assigned to Ohio Army National Guard Company B, 3rd Batallion, 238th Aviation Regiment, from Canton, Ohio, drop bales of hay onto dry high ground September 7, 2017, near Beaumont in Jefferson County, Texas. The 238th Aviation Regiment delivered hay to stranded cattle while providing rescue and relief efforts following Hurricane Harvey.
