Guarding Texas till the cows come home
Hungry cattle wading into flood waters near high ground were spotted by personnel aboard a CH-47 Chinook assigned to Ohio Army National Guard Company B, 3rd Battalion, 238th Aviation Regiment, from Canton, Ohio, September 7, 2017, near Beaumont in Jefferson County, Texas. The 238th Aviation Regiment delivered hay to stranded cattle while providing rescue and relief efforts following Hurricane Harvey.
