Staff Sgt. Joseph Mills, a radio technician with the 147th Air Support Operations Squadron, 147th Reconnaissance Wing, based at Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base in Houston, Texas, works with Lt. Col. Nigel Atkins, the squadron commander, on encoding/decoding training during a field training exercise April 3, 2014, at Camp Swift in Bastrop, Texas.
